Para acceder a la misma se puede ingresar al siguiente enlace http://app.gov.py/

Esto a fin de mejorar la accesibilidad a la información, la cual anteriormente estaba dispuesta dentro de la web institucional de la STP.

Desde la página se pueden visualizar los proyectos que se encuentran en etapa de ejecución y en proceso de estudio, así también la cantidad de inversión comprometida en millones de dólares, los proyectos de iniciativa pública presentados a ala fecha al igual que los de iniciativa privada.

APP

Es un instrumento de la política pública paraguaya para generar Infraestructura que acompañe y potencie el crecimiento y desarrollo económico social e inclusivo del Paraguay. Este instrumento se materializa en un contrato de largo plazo entre el Sector Público y el Sector Privado, a fin de desarrollar infraestructura pública y/o prestar servicios a que las mismas estén destinadas o que sean complementarias a ellas, así como en la producción de bienes y en la prestación de servicios que sean propios del objeto de organismo, entidades, empresas públicas y sociedades en la que el estado se parte.

El marco normativo es Ley N° 5.102/13 “De Promoción de la Inversión en Infraestructura Pública y Ampliación y Mejoramiento de los Bienes y Servicios a cargo del Estado” y su Decreto Reglamentario Nº 1.350 del 12 de marzo de 2014. Los contratos de participación público privada se regirán por los términos y condiciones del contrato, las disposiciones de la Ley 5.102/13, de su Decreto reglamentario y le serán aplicables supletoriamente las disposiciones del Código Civil en todo cuanto no esté previsto en la Ley, Reglamento y contratos mencionados.
